Sent item back for refund over a month ago now. Sent via signed for so I know it’s been received. Appreciate it’s a busy period but the shops now well over the statutory 14 days for refunding and as such is breaking consumer law. Will issue chargeback instead as they clearly have no intention of working through returned parcels.
