“No customer service whatsoever and do not respond to emails or messages. I returned an item over 2 months ago but I still haven't received a response. I have tried calling, emailing and messaging on social media but still no-one has come back to me.”

“Ordered AMI t shirt. Arrived quickly but was too big. Re-ordered size up and returned first delivery. Second delivery arrived quickly. No bother there. However after 2 weeks had no contact from them so had to ring them. Refund processed that day. Deffo not the best experience but also not as bad as some reviews”
