Incorrect, subpar item sent.
Originally arranged with cust service to keep the product in exchange for a refund of the price difference. Now I am having to ask PayPal to investigate as customer service seem to be unable to provide any immediate support and keep advising their "managers" are not proceeding. 0 star experience
