There has been a lack of communication and confusion from first to last.
If you check the email trail between me and Rebecca Harris you will see what the problems were.
I have asked for a refund on the part of the order that was not delivered. To date I have not received any refund.
My experience in dealing with your company has been the worst ever in 15 plus years trading on line.
