Product looks ok - not used yet and despatch was prompt, but delivery not made as scheduled because DHL couldn't find the address and didn't contact the phone number given. Wasted time waiting for a delivery that didn't happen.
Then uploaded a different delivery address to the courier, which was ignored. Luckily the next delivery driver did find us and someone was in to accept it.
