My order was accepted along with my full payment, including extra for a Saturday delivery, and I received an email confirmation.
Then later on Friday afternoon I received a phone call to say that Saturday delivery was not possible although I had paid in full for that.
It was duly delivered on Monday morning which left us without heating for the whole weekend.
The online tracker showed that it was indeed at the Edinburgh depot on Saturday morning but no delvery until Monday Morning.
