Placed an order for item that was in stock on Sunday 3rd May.
After receiving no updates on delivery by Wednesday 6th May (PM) phoned to request status. Was informed that supplier delivery had not turned up (thoughts it was stock!). Informed assistant that equipment was required for Saturday and was concerned that Friday was a bank Holliday.
Assistant said she would call supplier and get back to me.
Thursday 7th Receive voicemail and e-mail with tacking number stating goods have been despatched.
As I write this review (Sunday 10th May) I still have not received the delivery.
The tracker shows it was loaded on to transports in Shrewsbury at 00:55 on 8th May ready for deliver. Clearly due to bank holiday Friday delivery didn’t happen. It also apparent that Saturday deliver was not paid for. Maybe I will get the delivery on Monday 11th, over 1 week to get the order and just too late!
Shame really because I would have paid extra for a guaranteed delivery!
Trust you understand my disappointment and poor rating.
