Here's an email I sent to you a few days ago. Needless to say I got no reply & the order was sent incomplete Hello I'm getting nothing from you and am receiving conflicting information * I made an email enquiry that was unanswered so I had to repeat using online chat * My attempt to order online failed because your system repeatedly froze & I had to complete the order on the telephone *You told me the Wooster brush I ordered was OOS. It showed in stock even after your advice. * I sent two emails after your advice which have not been acknowledged -whether they have been acted upon I still don't know. * I have an advice that my order has been shipped with all original content --but * I have an invoice that does not show any Wooster brush ( either the original or the suggested replacement) at all * I still don't know what I'm going to get & when I'm going to get it So from my seat your organisation has taken every possible opportunity to get things wrong on a very simple order. Most unimpressive. David Henderson
