Ordered the excellent Prodec tape in 2 sizes. Received excellent response from Donna working from home. One size of tape was unavailable but was greatly helped by Heather to change original order. This was done very efficiently. I received notification of the new order and cancellation of first order. Only 'grumble' was that l tried to amend my first order through Mel. I left 2 voice mails asking her to contact me but she was obviously 'elsewhere'. Rather poor on her part otherwise everything else was excellent. Thank you. Order arrived within 2 days.
