HIGHLY recommend the Dartford branch. After being towed home at midnight by the RAC, was in desperate need of new tyres and someone to come to me ASAP. I am self employed so needed them as soon as possible and because I do a lot of driving as part of my job. I spoke to Rob who went out of his way to help me and sort me out. This was at 9am. Despite there being heavy traffic due to a major accident at Thurrock, Terry turned up at 9.30am and replaced my tyres. Admittedly I could have got the tyres for a bit cheaper, but there was no one else who would've got to me that soon, let alone in 30mins. As a female too, felt reassured these were honest and fair guys. Both incredibly helpful and friendly and a top notch service all round. Rob and Terry did a great job of representing Universal Dartford, will definitely use them again and have recommended them already.
