Went to Universal in Thurrock with a puncture in my Nissan Juke, Jack attended to me, the tyre I needed was not in stock, however, Jack made the tyre safe for me to drive and the tyre was in the following day as promised, Joe was excellent behind the counter keeping me updated as to what was happening.
