Universal Thurrock branch very very good, took my car in without an appointment as my engine warning light came on while driving into work, they sorted the problem for me that day. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. When I went to pick the car up Joe the manager stayed back so it was convenient for me to collect and took the time to show me the parts they had replaced, and where on the engine that where. All good round friendly customer service and would recommend them to friends and family.
