I went to the Staines branch today for an mot and a tyre and was very impressed with the service they provide.the manager is a very welcoming approachable bloke.as I stood outside having a cigarette an elderly man pulled in and asked the manager if he could have his brakes checked,with that the manager got onto his hands and knees and checked all the brakes himself,(in a shirt and trousers) got up and said sir your brakes look fine at the moment but please come back next month and I will check them again,I know a lot of other companies would of sold him new brakes.i will be recommending to everyone I know.many thanks.
