My experience was at the Thurrock Garage were my MOT had failed. It was the first time I had failed an MOT and was unsure of what to do next but Joe, the manager at Universal Tyres was great in providing me with all the information I needed to know. Once you have all the facts, you don't panic so much and know that you are in good safe care.
