Went in to Thurrock today with a temporary puncture repair in the back tyre of my bike that needed a permanent replacement. Noticed straight away that the guy behind the desk had replaced my tyres before in Chingford. Vey reassuring. The staff were all friendly with customers, on the phone, and with each other. It was a very positive atmosphere. I even asked how come they all seemed to be enjoying work so much when it was a foggy, damp Monday morning outside! When the wheel was difficult to get back on someone else dived outside and helped make it work. The coffee was lovely. The place was clean and tidy. And all this was very noticeable. I had no idea I was going to be asked to do an online review. Could not have asked for more. Why would I have my bike tyres dealt with anywhere else, even if it is a bit further to drive than Chingford used to be? Ian
