Called Universal Tyres this morning to ask for a replacement tyre - fast quote given - no fuss. Terry from Thurrock arrived less than an hour later. Glad to give this company and its staff a five star rating. Not many companies out there who give such a prompt and efficient service as well as having nice staff too. Will most certainly use them in the future.
