Joe Hearn and the team at the West Thurrock Depot in Essex were very friendly, helpful and efficient when they fitted a new battery to my car yesterday. I went without my husband to have the work carried out and I was made to feel welcome and very comfortable. Will definately use them again next time I need batteries or tyres.
