We visited the Thurrock branch yesterday as need new tyres urgently and could not source them elsewhere, Andy was very helpful and professional. Although they did not have my particular tyres Andy called the manufacturers and they delivered the tyres today, Andy called us when they arrived and when we arrived they were promptly and efficiently fitted, we were offered drinks while we waited.
Overall a very good experience and would thoroughly recommend this branch and the staff
