Visited the Thurrock branch about a week ago following a warning alert popping up on my dashboard. Got booked in for the following Monday and my car was taken care of by Andy and Joe. Turned out to be an indicator that my central lock battery was low and needed replacing. Battery not easy to find but after searching high and low they found it, replaced it and made some servicing recommendations. Many thanks guys and also to Paul and all the guys at Thurrock.
