I visited Thurrock's branch of Universal Tyres last night. Their service was excellent, they even sorted out another problem that was not related to the two new tyres! I also found out that I could have had my car service completed by them and it would have been cheaper than where I normally go. I will be going back next year for that! Its a lovely branch, very friendly and extremely helpful. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.
