I visited the West Thurrock branch yesterday with a slow puncture. I half expected to have to wait half an hour I also expected to need a new tyre after the tyre fitter found a large screw embedded in the tread. All the above was unfounded, they started on my car within five minutes of arriving and completed the job in about half an hour. I received a polite welcome from the staff I dealt with including the front reception desk, I think his name was Andy or Alan, I do not know the tyre fitters name but he done a great job. Keep the good service up.
