I booked my car into the Chelmsford branch to check for a loose silencer box. The staff were very helpful and advise that the problem was a broken rusty bracket and advise me to book it into a local garage to have a new one welded on rather than charge me for a new system. I would recommend this company to any friend or family for tyres, exhaust or servicing as I found the staff helpful and honest in dealing with my problem.
