What I thought was a puncture was a perished valve and James at Chelmsford Universal Tyres fixed it in 5 minutes. He then checked all the tyre pressures having already given me advice as to when I needed to replace my tyres. Excellent service conducted in a friendly and professional manner. All my tyres had come from this Branch and I will certainly be returning for my future purchases.
