I visited Universal Tyres in Tilbury after work on Friday because I had a puncture. I was seen to very quickly by Stuart who had been previously recommended to me. He checked my car over to make sure there were no other problems on anymore of my tyres and got to work more or less straight away. Not only was it a quick and effective service - the staff make waiting around more bareable. Will definitely be returning again. Thanks guys ! :)
