The staff at the Chelmsford branch (Springfield Rd) were fantastic on Friday the 19th. From the first phone call to the moment I left the centre the customer service was outstanding. They came out to me and put my spare on for me (I wasn't far from the centre) which was so kind of them and a huge help. On arrival my vehicle was dealt with immediately. While I waited staff engaged politely and continuously making me feel like a valued customer. When I got back into my vehicle the staff had put back all of my belongings correctly into my boot over my spare. Something I didn't expect but its the little things that make a big difference. I wont hesitate to recommend the team at Chelmsford. They were superb. Thank you for a fast and effective service. I am very impressed.
