I visited your Chelmsford branch, the first time since you reniewed the building as was met by a really enthusiastic guy. I had a puncture in a disabled buggy tyre, not a massive job, but this guy was so helpful, and although it might need a new tube he would check the existing tube and if he could fix it he would telephone me shortly to confirm it was done or it would need a new tube which could take a couple of days. He rang me within an hour and a half to say the existing tube had been repaired and I could come and collect it. On arrival the tyre was waiting in reception, the bill was only £10 I was delighted with the great service and the charge, but particularly the service, and the way I had been treated. Universal you are great it's a pity you can't get this sought of customer care every where. Well done and I will be back
