I came into the Colchester store on the off chance that they might be able to help me.
The staff were wonderful and explained to me the problem with my tyres, tracking and brake pads and they were happy to sort me out, there and then.
The brake pads were not in stock and so rather than asking me to wait an hour and a half, someone picked them up for me.
I could not be more delighted with the service at this garage.
