They were efficient, helpful and very reasonably priced. In a situation that is quite panicky - it is reassuring to meet a company that is helpful but not looking to exploit the situation and charge excessively. They provided a very efficient and cost effective service. I would highly recommend this very professional service - right from the phone conversation with Mr Saltmer through to the fitter who came out. You felt like you were in safe hands, not being ripped off and getting value for money.
