Visited the Colchester Universal Tyre & Autocentre this morning urgently needing a new tyre. All the staff were incredibly helpful and fully assessed my car immediately for me and went straight to work on replacing it. Outstanding customer service! I will not hesitate to return here in the future and will certainly be recommending them to friends and family.
