We have four cars in the family and have used Staines branch for years.
Kevan and Steve are great chaps - always friendly and helpful whether the job is large or small.
The branch can often be busy, which shows its popularity, but they always find time to fit us in.
The service is always good and we wouldn't go to any other garage. We recommend Universal to all our friends. Keep up the good work, guys. Thanks!
