I was greeted with a friendly smile and nothing seemed to much trouble, the guy Joe on reception was very polite.
Whilst waiting you cannot help but listen to phone calls/conversations etc....Joe treated everyone with upmost respect.
If there is an employee of the month award this guy deserves to win it, he is an asset to your company. I visited your Thurrock branch.
