They were brilliant. I was travelling with my Mum from Hampshire to Norfolk for a family gathering and my tyre pressure warning light came on. Having had a puncture a week ago I panicked slightly. Universal in Chelmsford were recommended by a friend so I popped in. They very quickly checked the tyres & just found the pressures were a little haywire so sorted them out & sent us on our way without charge.
