The Universal Tyre centre in Thurrock went above and beyond to get our new exhaust fixed. Andy and his team are a credit to your company but you need to look at changing your parts suppliers as they are the ones that let you down. We had to wait 2 days for a new exhaust as the first exhaust was wrong and that was no fault of the team but it was your supplier. As we were going away on the same day Andy called round to some other mechanical companies that may have been able to help but they were dearer so Andy got our car mobile so we could go away and he said that when I got back the exhaust would be fitted which it was. Great customer service but your supplier has much to be desired. P.S I wasn't the only customer who had problems with parts another customer had been waiting 3 days for a new clutch for his transit van.....not good.
