Gave my make of car and problem. Told it would be a while as there were a few already waiting. NO Problem. 15 mins later an engineer taps on the window and within another 15 minutes I had two new tyres fitted and paid for. I think that the staff at (05)Croydon should be commended for the level of service. The office - 5* - for informing me of the waiting time The engineer - 5* - for explaining what I needed to have done and tyre choices etc. (also pointed out that breaks will need attention very soon) The office - 5*+ - dealing with paperwork. Throughout the visit I was impressed by their smiley & welcoming attitude. And all this on a Monday Morning. (I was so impressed that (too their surprise) I had to go back and tell them the next day) Mik S.
