I visited my local Ipswich Universal tyres branch with a slow puncture which was repaired & dealt with efficiently & at a very reasonable price. Whilst there I discussed a technical problem I have had & the team spent time & effort trying to resolve it for me they kept me informed & were helpful & polite at all times even though I am sure the job they had undertaken was a pain. They were unable to resolve the issue but I am very grateful for all of the time & effort they put in as well as making sure I had all the information I needed to see the previous mechanic who had caused the problem. I would highly recommend this branch for there hard work & dedication & excellent customer service .
