This was my first visit to the Thurrock branch and i have to say i was very impressed. After exploring 3 different companies and getting extreme quotes, i walked into this branch and was greeted with excellent customer service and offered exactly what i wanted with no waiting time. In my experience as a female, this industry can often manipulate in order to exploit the gender of a customer. However, this was not the case at this branch. I will most definately return. Thank you to Joe and his team for making me a very satisfied customer.
