The spring on my car went and I was absolutely at a loss because it happened on Friday night. We phoned the Colchester branch at 8.30 on Saturday morning and I picked my car up, all fixed at 12.30. I can't thank you guys enough for getting it done so quickly you saved my life!! I have been going to this branch for a couple of years and have been amazed at their honesty. Two different places told ne I needed a new wheel but when I went into Universal they said all I needed was a tyre. I wouldn't go anywhere else and would highly recommend these guys to my family and friends. Thanks again.
