I have just been to the Greenwich branch and could not have been delta with better. John is efficient and polite and my car was worked on with the utmost professionalism.Stuart and Ron were also reassuring because I was a little stressed. I know I can trust the staff at Universal and this is very important. Also being a woman it is important that I am spoken to without being patronized and the staff here never do that. That's why I will always use this branch particularly.
