Initially, I had a communication problem with this company, but once I re-contacted them via email, I had an immediate and very apologetic response from no less than three separate people from their management team. I even received a personal telephone call from a senior company director promising to rectify the problem and they completely restored my faith, by demonstrating to me that they have very professional standards of service. They called me to make an appointment to do the work at my home, they arrived promptly, were courteous and efficient. Super service indeed.
