Just like everyone else, they closed my unlimited account after I bought a $300 netgear hotspot from them. I've submitted a BBB claim but they already have an "F" so I'm not expecting much help with this issue.
Terrible business practice and a classic bait and switch. By the way, they never even notified me they closed the account. Internet stopped working one day and after two hours of troubleshooting I logged in to my account and noticed it stated "CLOSED".
