First time purchase, got exactly what I paid for. Little bit of a hiccup due to some misleading info as soon as you make the purchase it says to change the email and password of the account immediately. But if you bought the full account recovery details option, you are not supposed to do this till they email you the details, as they need the login info to get the details. But they we're able to still get the info when I emailed them the new password so no harm done.
