I would rate it 8/10, but this is a bit due to my own fault, I wanted an euw smurf and bought the special 50+ one. I expected it to have about 20k IP or something and because of that i was pretty unhappy when i saw that it had only 2k. But after a little bit of talking with the support I received a discount code and they showed me that i actually got judgement kayle on that account! So i would overall recommend them to everyone, just read carefully what you want to buy :D. And btw if you are on euw and want an account with 40 or 30k ip (Only available in NA at the moment), then just buy the NA account and a transfer to euw and you are done. ^.^
