The lifelong guarantee - assuming you hold it up makes the extra price easily worth it, and it hopefully means that since I'm not toxic I'll always have a second account.
Some breathing room in the IP would have made it feel less robotic though, 20,000 IP exactly was the minimum described but it's still odd to see it.
Also more support for EUW accounts is needed.
