First account got banned which was originally a tier 2 account (I paid the extra money for a few extra champs and skins). They got me a new account but it was of base level. If you guys want to give me the RP to essentially buy the skins and champs to bump my replacement account to what would be a tier 2, I would give 5 stars/ 10/10.
