I got the account immediately and all is good so far however the site said there'd be enough ip for setting up runes but all I had was enough for 9 marks and that was it. Granted, some runes were already purchased but they weren't great ones or at least they weren't ones that I'd ever use. Also, somehow the account has 10 of some of the runes that were on it, I'm not really sure how that works.
