the account only came with 400 IP, and less than 20 RP, IDC about getting a skin but the site said every account comes with at least 1 skin, and it had none at all.
14/20 champions were 450. nidalee katarina veigar tryndamere jax and twisted fate were the ones higher.
it came with no extra rune pages as assumed, and had no usable runes.
