Hi, The online learning platform is good in general, however, it needs some improvement regarding the teachers and the explanation. In module 1, Nour was a very excellent teacher, Modules 2,3 and 4 were acceptable so I could get explanations through videos already recorded where I could find answers and explanations, moreover, the teachers of these modules were very helpful and always available for support. In module 5, I am not satisfied at all, as the teacher's response is very brief and understandable. I meet a lot of obstacles and unclear information or questions in the assessments. The preview modules were much better than module 5, as they had more clarifications and explanations in many ways. I would like to inform you that I am not 100% satisfied studying module 5 and look forward to any improvement you could provide to me.
