Ive been studing Cert 4 in Business amnageent leadership. This course has helped me out in my current position at work. The course has been easy to follow the online content has been very clear and healpful. The staff respond to emails quickly and helpfuly. The roleplays that are required have clear isntructions and if you dont have a group that you can work with the staff are willing to assist in setting up a group with other students to enable completion of the subject.
