From the moment I was interested in the certificate, to half way through the course, all the swinburne staff have been very helpful, friendly and engaging, making my experience fantastic! I have no complaints :) Hence the 5 stars! Noting that I communicated with the company via telephone and email and I never had a problem with their communication.
