David from the Indianapolis market is awesome! I was a little nervous renting from up&up since I had never heard of them, but David walked me through my home and tested everything with me to ensure it worked. He even came to do some small repairs the very next morning so they would be done before I moved in. He also is great with communication. We have only been in the house for a week but so far everything is going great!
